Course Description
This course provides a detailed understanding of the ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory accreditation process, covering all stages from initial preparation to grant of accreditation and ongoing surveillance. It explains how laboratories can demonstrate technical competence, impartiality, and the ability to produce valid and reliable test and calibration results.
The training outlines the complete accreditation journey, including defining scope, developing and implementing the laboratory management system, conducting internal audits and management reviews, application submission, document review, on-site assessment, and closure of nonconformities. It also highlights key technical requirements such as method validation, measurement uncertainty, equipment calibration, and personnel competence.
