This Session was excellent, interactive. explained all the clauses deeply & clearly, clauses converted into simple language so it helped everyone to understand in better way. we will definitely implement it in QMS procedures to make the processes more strengthen. Thank You!

We had 4 days session ( 4 hours each) which were online mode. Still it were interactive. It will be good to have one example filled in exercise to follow in future. 2 hours of actual Audit can be conducted as a part of training session for any one department alongside of Attendees.
